We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Website is accurate and current.
However, we do not guarantee that the Website or its content will always be complete, accurate, current or free from errors.
Website content is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as professional advice specific to your circumstances.
We reserve the right to amend, update or remove Website content at any time without prior notice.
5. Coaching Services
Information about coaching programmes and services displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular service will be suitable for every individual.
The purpose, structure and scope of coaching will depend upon the particular service purchased and any agreement entered into between Shanti Coaching and the client.
Participation in coaching does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial or other outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.
6. Online Bookings
Shanti Coaching may provide an online booking system through the Website that allows you to select an available coaching service, date and time.
When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
A booking is only confirmed once you have completed the booking process and, where payment is required, payment has been successfully received.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details and booking information you provide are correct.
Shanti Coaching reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:
- the requested service is unavailable;
- information provided is materially inaccurate;
- there has been an obvious pricing or technical error; or
- we reasonably consider that the service is unsuitable or cannot appropriately be provided.
If Shanti Coaching cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, any payment made for the cancelled service will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant service terms.
7. Online Payments
Payments for coaching services may be made online through the payment method made available through the Website.
All prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in pounds sterling (£).
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Your payment details may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Shanti Coaching does not generally have access to your full payment-card details.
Where payment is made in instalments, you remain responsible for payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to change our prices for future bookings. Price changes will not affect services that you have already purchased.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1 Shanti Coaching's 14-Day Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subject to the terms below and your statutory consumer rights, Shanti Coaching offers a 14-day cancellation and refund period for eligible coaching services purchased through the Website.
If you decide that the coaching service is not right for you, you may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact Shanti Coaching using the contact details provided on the Website and clearly state that you wish to cancel your coaching service and request a refund.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, eligible refunds will relate to the amount actually paid for the service being cancelled.
Where part of a coaching programme has already been provided, Shanti Coaching may apply reasonable and proportionate deductions where permitted by law and where the relevant terms of the service allow this.
Any deduction will be communicated to you clearly.
8.2 Statutory Cancellation Rights
The 14-day cancellation and refund policy is intended to operate alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable law.
For online service contracts, UK consumer law may provide a statutory cancellation period of 14 days beginning when the contract is entered into.
Where you ask Shanti Coaching to begin providing the coaching service during that statutory cancellation period, additional rules may apply. Where a service begins during the cancellation period following an express request from you, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation.
Where applicable, Shanti Coaching will provide the information and cancellation arrangements required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8.3 How to Cancel
You may request cancellation by contacting:
Shanti Coaching
[Email address]
[Telephone number, if applicable]
Your cancellation request should include your name, booking details and the service you purchased.
You do not have to use particular wording to exercise a statutory cancellation right, provided that your communication clearly communicates your decision to cancel.
8.4 Refund Processing
Where you are entitled to a refund, Shanti Coaching will process the refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Where required by law, refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
9. Rescheduling Coaching Sessions
If you cannot attend a booked coaching session, you should contact Shanti Coaching as soon as possible.
Where reasonably possible, Shanti Coaching may allow a session to be rescheduled.
Any specific rescheduling requirements, including notice periods or limits on the number of rescheduled sessions, will be communicated at the time of booking or in the applicable service terms.
Failure to attend a session without providing reasonable notice may result in the session being treated as delivered, subject to your statutory rights and any specific terms applicable to your booking.
10. Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing services as a consumer, you may have rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Services must be provided in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.
